Yesterday i was on Gamescom and seen a 15minutes gameplay movie of Command & Conquer 4 on of the first GDI Missions.

It plays 15 years after the actual Tiberium Wars. Kanes is back and with him a new area of battleship-wars on the field. Yes u are able to flight ships and build more and more Units. U can also update your unit-manufacturing after u have resent skill of points.
